DgFlick was established in 2010, providing products and solutions for customers in the Photo, School and Business communities. The advancement of ‘Digital’ in Imaging field has totally changed the way people think, react and manipulate images. Dgflick has tried to find the best balance of possibilities and opportunities to help users achieve better results in a quick and easy manner. Our suite of software solutions saves valuable time for users giving them more convenience and control. Within a short span of time we have made significant success in OEM industry sector, gaining the trust of giant companies like Kodak, Konica, Fujifilm and CeWe for using our platform. In every vertical that we work today, we are helping communities that consist of Customers, Service Providers and Product Manufacturers.

Prasad Parulekar

Prasad Parulekar


Prasad started his own Company in 1990 in Information Technology and Networking. Since Software and Software Solutions has always been close to his heart, Prasad started his Software Division in 1998. As CEO, he successfully led his startup for 15 years, after which it was acquired by a Software giant – prime leader in Photo and Video, and Prasad was appointed as the new CEO to run the Company. Prasad has grown and expanded the operations of the organization in 70 different countries.

In 2010 Prasad established DgFlick, his own Product Development Company in India. He has scaled this business over to China as well. Prasad believes that "Best products run by themselves". DgFlick’s flagship Product is Album Xpress, having 175000+ users globally. He has conceptualized and built 17+ products and 7 different software solutions. All of these products are 'first-of-its-kind' and their global success is what inspired him to enter the US market. Prasad also works in the capacity of Consultant to many organizations in different areas of business to develop, build and grow Brands.


Paul Modi


Paul has been in the business of Information Technology and Networking for 35 years. He is Founder and CEO of Able Groups Inc. and has had the privilege of working with an elite clientele like American Airlines, Lockheed Martin, Bell Helicopter, DFW Airport, City of Grapevine… to name a few. With emerging technological opportunities, Paul transitioned his Company into providing Solutions to Corporates. With this expertise Paul has joined DgFlick as President to build and deliver bigger, better and Branded solutions and to give businesses a tool to grow beyond their expectations. Paul is a people’s person and is known to nurture relationships.
He believes in pursuing continuous education and staying at the top of technological know-how. He loves to read and play with his Dinmont Terrier, 'Nacho'.


Tammy Nuno

Sales Manager

Tammy’s current title at DgFlick is Sales Manager. She is motivated by the pursuit of higher performance which she achieves by working with PPAs, Album Companies, professional Photographers and Photo enthusiasts for creating opportunities and positive interactions.
Tammy drives sales with passion and is a stickler for details, time and accuracy.
Tammy has a great sense of humor and loves to laugh. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing Bingo or Karaoke and when there’s nothing to do - spending a lazy day watching television

Scott Davis

Vice President (Business)

Scott heads our Business division. He brings a wealth of experience from the automotive industry, both as a business owner and consultant to other owners within the industry. Business to Business sales has been his passion for the past 25 years where he excelled at selling business software such as Point of Sales Systems and Customer Relations Management. His desire is to help expand all business owners’ vision of what their business can accomplish.
Scott believes that businesses must focus on marketing strategies particularly Customer Relations, as a tool to positively impact their bottom line. He will be implementing this concept with a team of independent Representatives. As Vice President – Sales, Scott will be motivating and mentoring his Reps across the nation and assisting them in their success.
Scott is an amateur photographer with a special interest in landscape, wildlife and night-sky photography. He is an adventurous outdoor guy; spending much of his free time in west Texas. Scott served as a volunteer fireman for many years and describes it as the most rewarding experience of his life. Today, he volunteers with other organizations and enjoys helping his community.


Disha Parab

Project Manager

Disha comes with over 22 years of diverse experience that includes working in Human Resources, Project Management & Information Technology. Work and consulting assignments have spanned across India, East-Africa and US. The varied experience has helped her to achieve a broad spectrum of expertise in People Management, Leadership, Customer Relations, managing Technology-driven business projects, Customer Service and Customer experience improvements. Disha thrives on successful Project delivery, streamlining systems and processes to sustain scale and growth for Clients. She is a music lover, foodie and a huge Game of Thrones fan! When she is not making Costco runs, you will find her spending time with her family and friends.


Tammy Smith

Sales Representative

Tammy Smith is our Sales Executive. She is always helping people. Tammy enjoys assisting our customers, walking them thru. our Products, their features and benefits. She is the go-to person to learn more about our Products. In her free time, Tammy loves watching her 15-yr. old son play sports – football, basketball, baseball and track.
